St. John’s is a body of Christians, where all are welcome, giving thanks to God through traditional worship in an informal setting and serving God, fully dedicated to being in ministry with our neighborhood and beyond.

St. John’s envisions a world of equity, peace, and compassion. At St. John’s you can be yourself, while experiencing God’s love, without fear of judgement.

Our History

St. John’s was founded in 1873 as a neighborhood mission and continues to strive to be fully engaged in the Franklinton community through worship, service, and relationships. We do not do outreach; everything we do reaches out into the larger community and invites the community into the life of the congregation.
